As you already know, most recruiters need about six seconds to decide whether a resume is worth it for the available position. That means you have only about six seconds to grab the attention of the recruiter; so, they would read your CV in full otherwise your CV would end up in the dust bin.
Keeping this in mind, put all the right skills in your CV to get noticed by the recruiter. Tailoring your resume skills, you present to a particular job is a must. Doing a little bit of homework to include the appropriate skills on your resume will increase your chances of landing a job exponentially. Recruiters also make use of ATS (Automated Tracking System) to search for matching candidates through keyword search. So, the more keywords your CV can match, the more your CV is shortlisted for a manual screening by the recruiter.
